Prepayment of NHS Prescription Charges

You could save money by buying a prescription pre-payment certificate (PPC). This will cost you less if you need more than 14 prescription items per year (more than 5 in four months).

You should check whether you can get free prescriptions before filling in this form. Look in leaflet HC11 (Help with Health Costs) or get the leaflet from your nearest Post Office, some pharmacies or GP surgeries.
